Shipping policy


We process orders between Monday and Friday and do not ship on weekends. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the following business day.
Please Note: In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time:8-13 Days

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to work.

We are currently unable to provide shipping to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and all APO addresses.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders for stock items are usually shipped within two working days after you make the payment.

During peak shopping seasons, free standard shipping orders may require an additional 1-3 business days to process. Large orders may require additional processing time of 1-3 business days.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation email after the order is delivered to the carrier. Shipping details, including estimated delivery time and any applicable tracking numbers, will be included in the shipping confirmation email.


My order was damaged when it was delivered. Who should I contact?

We make every effort to carefully pack and prepare the order so that your item arrives in perfect condition, but once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control.

If there are any damaged or missing items when you receive your order, please keep the original shipping carton and packaging and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Please do not return the product without completing these steps, as this will delay your order replacement or credit issuance.


Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for any reason before packaging. Please email us within 12 hours to cancel your order. Please be sure to include your order number. Our email address is: wavesportworld@gmail.com

I received the wrong order or product, what should I do?
When you receive a wrong order or product, please be sure to provide your order number, briefly describe the problem and attach a picture of the wrong product you received. And immediately send it to our email: wavesportworld@gmail.com
